I totally agree with the Leucadia writer. My area has TOO MANY fast foods, shopping malls, etc. Time to stop. While we have to go along with a State mandate for affordable housing, it doesn’t mean we have to go all out and dump it all in one place. This is not the Encinitas I moved to in 1973, nor do I expect it to be, however, someone goofed on the planning so far and it appears they will goof in the future. November is time to change our vision.
