Many following the Norby controversy see inconsistency between the 6-5 vote the video depicts, shown by Andrew Audet during oral communications on 5/23/12, & later statements made about "consensus" by Peder Norby. At the 6/13/12 council meeting, staff was directed to immediately begin audio recordings of future ERAC meetings, which, inexplicably, wasn't being done with Norby as "facilitator."

Many also respect & agree with Andrew Audet's perspective. While Audet isn’t running for office, Stocks IS running for his third term, again using hyperbole and deceptive rhetoric to advance his own political agenda.

Councilmember Kristin Gaspar avoided Audet's direct question to her re the 6/9/12 UT article, which she had previously questioned him about at the 6/13 Council Meeting. On 6/20, Gaspar INSISTED no threats of lawsuits were made by ANYONE from the City, yet the 6/9 UT article clearly shows Stocks, himself, advancing threats of legal action, referring to Norby's letter to Council, which actually contains no mention of potential legal challenges.

This threat through Stocks constitutes double-hearsay, the UT reporter’s paraphrasing Stocks who seemingly paraphrases Norby's letter to Council.

Stocks was arrogant & bullying when he interrupted Audet’s 6/20 question to Gaspar by declaring, "you aren’t here to cross-examine Council!" Barth was also bullied by Stocks' dismissive reply to her request for an agenda item re the Grand Jury report on Leucadia flooding.
