The cops in Encinitas by the beach (D st. in particular) are on the take. Rauls Taco shop has been a hub of drug dealing for years with the owner Alex taking his cut. The cops know exactly who is selling and absolutely nothing is done. I have had this told to me by an ex-cop i from that area who now patrols Solana. Meanwhile D st. has become known as OD st. with kids and adults alike overdosing on the heroin that is sold on these streets. Money over humanity. Nice job E.P.D. What a waste of a beautiful area.
