I am not a local but have been here for years. I have never seen the spinners be an issue, its a growing advertisment empire. Let them spin, they are working too. In this day everyone is struggling, so my heart goes out to the positive vote to keep them. Even though, one issue to weigh the vote was the fear of being sued. Keep up the good work and common sence.
