SOLANA BEACH — The third annual Puppy Love 5K Run/Walk, benefiting the Helen Woodward Animal Center, took place Feb. 12 with festivities and events for dogs and their owners to participate in. In addition to the 5K, there was also a Fuzzy Valentine Costume Contest hosted by Magic 92.5 radio personalities Jagger and Kristi.
