What Mr. Pickering has said is correct. The outreach was done at the Planning Department’s standards of performance–which have been shown over and over again to be mistake-ridden, unprofessional and disengenuous.

Our only hope is that City Manager Gus Vina can bring in competent new leadership to take over this bungled process from Patrick Murphy and Diane Langagar while there is still time to preserve our City.
