		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s strange that Paul Ecke was not in attendance.  People already are expressing feelings of doubt and mistrust.  His absence adds to the public&#039;s skepticism about this plan.  My understanding is that the agricultural portion of the property is zoned agricultural in perpetuity?  That &quot;in perpetuity&quot; status would have to be on any deed; that condition would go with the land, despite any further dividing of the parcels.  I didn&#039;t go to the meeting, but I feel the City should insist that any change would have a guaranteed deed restriction of agricultural in perpetuity, ON TITLE.]]></description>
