RANCHO SANTA FE — Dr. Roger Rowe, seen here during a celebration of his 80th birthday March 18, passed away Feb. 4 at his Rancho Santa Fe home.Rowe was a pillar in the community, serving as the Rancho Santa Fe District’s Superintendent, where he was an honorary member of the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary Club and past president from 1973-1974.

No date has yet been set for a memorial.
