OCEANSIDE — The 5th Annual Grom Bomb was held on the south side of Oceanside Pier on Jan. 7. Carlsbad’s Las Flores Church and the Christian Surfing Federation sponsored the event. The 18 and under competition is all about creating a family-fun environment and also to raise money for charity.
