ENCINITAS — All 7- and 8-year-olds are invited to the beach for the Beach Kids program at Moonlight Beach.
The program provides a non-competitive environment where the focus is on learning, friends, games and laughter. Instructors aim to educate the participants in beach safety, marine life, basic first aid, water etiquette, ocean skills and teamwork.
