Children’s play to tour schools

CARMEL VALLEY — Canyon Crest Academy High School’s Envision Theater will tour an original children’s play, “The Magical Adventures of James and Sabina” through local elementary schools.
The play was premiered May 20 and May 21 at the Black Box Theater on campus.
When Uncle Ahab’s talking vegetables go missing, siblings James and Sabina go on a madcap journey to rescue them from the evil Prince Quick. Geared for children up to 10 years old, “Adventures” tackles important issues such as learning personal responsibility and dealing with talking corn.
