The EIR, land use designations, Park & Recreation very clearly define the proposed plan a SPECIAL USE park or SPORTS PARK. It would be an insult to the majority of the community to erroneously use the term ‘Community’ in the new name and not legal. It would be an insult to the majority of taxpayers who will be funding the project who fought a loosing battle against the minority for a ‘community park’
