The whole Encinitas staff in planning, engineering needs to be fired. They spend our tax money like an insane person. Civil change and citizens govern. It start at the top, Stocks and Bond to be replaced. Fire and Safety pensions to be busted along with school district and city staffers !

Now if Dumanis will only investigate Maggie Houlihan taking gifts/meals over and above the limit from the Gordons and not disclosing her relationship with Aztec Appliance ON THE SAME NIGHT as Dalager; over the retaining wall.
What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
There is documented evidence, all one need do is ask; if you are a legally authorized attorney that is.

Dalager is a crook, just like Stocks and Bond. He got off easy. He was incompetent and self-serving for the entire 8 years that he served. It is typical small town politics – incompetency and conflict of interest reign supreme.
