Scoutmaster Paul Jacinto congratulates Scout Sean Cook of Boy Scout Troop 716 on earning his Eagle Scout rank. Cook is a freshman at Carlsbad High School and is the junior varsity captain of the cross-country team. Cook’s Eagle Scout leadership project was completed at Hope Elementary School in Carlsbad where he installed a paver-block learning area.
