The R. Roger Rowe School hosted its annual Halloween Party on Oct. 29 on the athletic grounds. It offered party-goers various booths and contests. Even some of the staff got into the spirit of dressing up along with the children, whose costumes ran the gamut from ghosts to Lady Gaga.
