Executive Chef Timothy Gutmann of Poseidon Restaurant is battling Crohn’s disease and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. To raise funds for Gutmann’s upcoming medical procedures, the group of fellow chefs is hosting an elaborate five-course dinner at Pamplemousse Grill at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 8 starting with hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction and 7:15 p.m. for dinner. The five-course meal costs $150 per person including gratuity.
