There is one word for this, Entitlement. For Danny, it means he can cry victim despite being the author of all his woes. This is happening in every community, region and state across this nation. Accountability has been a rare thing for more than a decade or two. It isn't surprising that Dan is in total denial and believes the DA is a friend to help him tidy up. It is foggy up there on Mt. Privilege.

Dalager is in complete denial, a testamant to his ignorance of the law or adherence to unethical standards. Claiming that the charges are "slime" and "election year tactics" are his form of coming clean – he refuses personal responsibility. I understand he defended Duke Cunningham in the early phases of that investigation – birds of a feather. I hope Dan is in communication with Duke – they can decide on who gets the upper bunk.

The District Attorney’s Office wouldn’t be involved if these allegations were mere "smear tactics." Dan has also solicited a position as a "consultant" for a local bank procuring accounts from local residents and businesses. Now, if you owned a business which needed say a license or permit and the "mayor" asked you to open an account at a local bank, what would you do? This is blatant conflict of interest and is of more consequence than just taking bribes of "darn near free" appliances and personal loans from developer friends.

Dirty Dalager and the DA! We need TNT Barth and Kranz-

Lets review Dalagers lies and mispresentations- Dalager told the public on 8/25 he wanted to put everything on the table- 2 weeks later it was exposed that he took a 100K loan from developers and voted for developers.

In his Sept flyer Dalager told the public he was working with the FPPC, but we learned that on Sept 10th teh FPPC atty’s sent him a letter saying they refused to work with him or talk to him as he was being investigated-

Dalagaer continues to lie to the public and stonewall the public- he took loans and gifts, he violated the FPPC.

Like disneyland fun?

these problems are all your own doing, unless you can convince me that Tesea made you not report the 100k loan.

That Teresa made you vote to waive $225,000 in developer fees to reward your friend who made you the loan.

That Teresa made you take the aplliances for darn near free.

That Teresa made you vote to reward that guy as well.

There is slime here, but it is self inflicted slime, not brought on by any political enemy.

You would do best to stop talking publicly about the issue as you a provide a contributing case of no remorse which will just add to the punishment.
