Casa de Amparo works to help at-risk children

OCEANSIDE — Casa de Amparo, a San Diego community organization dealing with child abuse treatment and prevention, has announced the organization’s sponsorship of the Child and Adult Care Food Program at the Hayward Child Development Center, Casa de Amparo’s therapeutic childcare and preschool program for at-risk children.
The program, at 103 Rancho del Oro Drive, receives the benefits of the Department of Education sponsorship and is available without charge to all enrolled children. The agreement number for the Child and Adult Food Program is 1805-0A. The Vendor Number is B25400.
In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, the HDCD is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.
