OCEANSIDE — Ken Crossman has officially withdrawn as a candidate for Oceanside City Council. In a statement he released he cited personal and family issues as precluding him from dedicating 100 percent of his time and to campaigning and serving the citizens of Oceanside. “My future intention is to serve the community in a support capacity however and whenever possible,” Crossman said in his statement.
