I would hate to see lanes added. I live about 4-5 blocks West of the 5 in the Village of Carlsbad…and the morning and evening commute noise is noticeable…and I do not want to get use to it. There already is technology in place that can create what you are talking about, a silent ride to the Santa Fe station and yet, I really enjoy the Coaster. Lets use what we have…those that ride the Coaster on a regular basis to the down town area have much less stress in their lives that those that drive. Just ask them…they will confirm.
Wake up people!!! Who wants a massive freeway going through the North County Coastal area.
