This sort of team dedication and collective vision is quite rare in the restaurant business, where contingent work and turnover is high–even in first-rate kitchens.

Oh, and Chef Anderson’s not bad himself: Charlottesville, VA citizens raved about his simple/refined pan-asian cuisine for years.
