DEL MAR — The second annual Wine, Wags and Warm Hearts fundraiser, featuring gourmet tapas, live entertainment, auction packages worth $40 to $3,500 and pupcakes, was held at the Flower Hill Promenade on May 22 to benefit the Southern California German Shepherd Rescue and its sister organization, SD Kittens.
In addition to rescuing and rehabilitating their respective animals throughout Southern California, both nonprofit groups provide veterinary care, placement and spay and neuter services.
