When the City Council realized that Weinreb had given them up in his sworn deposition to the Superior Court, they quickly withdrew any financial report; hence the UNANIMOUS city council vote to terminate the city/chamber contract to operate an official ‘Visitor Center’ condemning the “Chamber that couldn’t shoot straight” to an entity completely without city financial ties.

No city money means no Marshall, someone who was never vetted and whom showed zero affinity for any business success except kissing the Mayor’s ring.
