CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA — The Cardiff 101 MainStreet Association’s first Taste of Cardiff event took place on May 20. More than 15 restaurants participated in the event, which sold out of its 600 tickets. Bull Taco, located in the San Elijo State Beach campgrounds, won the inaugural Golden Fork Award, which was voted on by more than 300 tasters.
Tess Radmill, Cardiff 101 Mainstreet Association program manager, said she has received nothing but positive feedback from the restaurants involved and those attending.
“It was overall an amazing experience,” she said.
