They know this because both kids hand count everything so they know how much they are splitting. I end up having to make up the difference. Shame on WM for not having accurate scales, and it’s been going on for over 3 years, plenty of time to fix the problem… Now they cry poor to the city that recycling efforts are falling short because of programs @ the schools like “cans for critters”. Send their contract out for bid every year and watch their prices drop.
