SAN MARCOS — The city of San Marcos is currently accepting registrations for “¡Bienvenidos! Welcome to Spanish.” This is a recreational Spanish class being held at the San Marcos Community Center, 3 Civic Center Drive. This program introduces the language through activities including music, movement, arts & crafts and other hands-on activities. A credentialed teacher leads the class. A class for children ages 4 to 6 is offered on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. A class for children ages 7 to 12 is offered on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. And a class for teens and adults is offered on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. The cost to participate is $43 for 4 weeks.
