RANCHO SANTA FE — Two candidates running for the Democratic Party primary election for the 50th Congressional District, Francine Busby and Tracy Emblem, will appear in a political forum at the annual membership meeting of the Rancho Santa Fe Democratic Club at 7 p.m. Jan. 14 at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club, 5827 Via De La Cumbre.
