Rotary District Governor Marge Cole recognized Rotarian Bill Taylor with major donor recognition at the Rotary Club of Vista meeting Sept. 30. Taylor was honored for his substantial life-long giving to the Rotary Foundation. The Rotary Foundation is supported by voluntary contributions from Rotarians that are dedicated to creating a world with better medical care, better water, and higher education throughout the world.
