SAN MARCOS — The city of San Marcos Community Services is now accepting registration for Adventure Day Camp taking place Nov. 16 and Dec. 21 through Dec. 23.
Camp meets from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will be held at Jack’s Pond Recreation Center, 986 La Moree Road. Daily fees are $22 for San Marcos residents and $27.25 for non-residents. Campers must bring a sack lunch and drink each day. An afternoon snack is provided.
Registration must be completed at the San Marcos Community Center, 3 Civic Center Drive. Adventure Day Camp operates during nonschool times and offers children the opportunity to learn about a variety of subjects through hands-on activities. Campers participate in creative projects, games, field trips and special events.
