Tickets now on sale for Carlsbad Oktoberfest

CARLSBAD — The Carlsbad Rotary Club is wrapping up plans for its annual Oktoberfest from noon to 10 p.m. Oct. 3 at Holiday Park, 3224 Eureka Place.
The day will feature authentic German dinner served from noon to 8 p.m., plus
apple strudel, beer, wine and soft drinks, live music, dancing and children’s activities.
A free shuttle bus service will be provided from the southwest corner of Westfield’s Plaza Camino Real, as local parking near the event is limited. Shuttle buses will pick-up and drop-off at 20-minute intervals. The first shuttle picks up at Westfield at 11:30 a.m. and last shuttle leaves Holiday Park at 10:30 p.m.
German dinner tickets may be purchased in advance or on the day of the event for $10. Advance tickets are available at www.rotaryoktoberfest.org or at Al’s Café in the Village at 795 Carlsbad Village Drive, Convention & Visitor’s Bureau at 400 Carlsbad Village Drive, Boys & Girls Club of Carlsbad at 3115 Roosevelt Street and the Women’s Resource Center at 1963 Apple Street, Oceanside.
All proceeds from the events will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad, Women’s Resource Center, Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary Club charities and Rotary Club of Carlsbad charities
