Members of the First Presbyterian Church of Oceanside, at 2001 El Camino Real, will welcome Tim Beal, pictured with his wife Cherie, as its designated pastor at the 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. services Sept. 20, with a fellowship celebration and barbecue after each service.
