If everyone of you who is against this project would guarantee that you WILL NOT visit this center if built, the amount of cars would be reduced. However, you know that would not be the case. Everyone of you WILL use and travel to this center. In fact, this will be a great place for your kids to work!

Answer this question for me; how do you think the homeowners on La Costa Avenue west of Rancho Sante Fe Road felt when your subdivision was built? How did you feel when Rancho Santa Fe Road was realigned? You have known about this site for years. Howevr, now that it may be a reality, all you can do is complain

The residents of Carlsbad/LaCosta now know the importance of limiting term limits of mayor and council members to one or two terms maximum. We see our local politicians out of control with the developers at the wheel, steering projects for their own benefit and financial gain. Where was the citizen's VOTE for the development of THEIR neighborhood? Why is a 1972 development plan not redesigned, voted on and approved by its citizens to meet the concerns of a 2009 neighborhood. WHO IN 1972 had the ability to predict 37 years ahead as to what would be needed or wanted in 2009? IT'S TIME TO VOTE FOR NEW PEOPLE FOR COUNCIL POSITIONS AND A NEW MAYOR- FINALLY! Sadly, a little late for this issue.
