LOVE OF LEARNING

CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA — The Friends of the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Library awarded four $1,000 scholarships at a June 13 ceremony to graduating high school seniors who will be attending college in the fall of 2009. The recipients received their scholarship check and a letter of commendation from San Diego County Supervisor Pam Slater-Price’s office by Adam Kaye.
