Since when has such private property been so subject to the whims of so many people? It’s like a bunch of old geezers want to control what everybody else does.

I think the concrete seawalls are a disaster. The Del Mar Track should be sold, and that Lagoon reconstruction destroyed the natural system. In fact, Del Mar itself is an eyesore and should be returned to the Earth.
