RANCH SANTA FE — Horizon Prep announced that Premiere Soccer League star Warren Barton and NFL star Mikhael Ricks, will be coaching Summer Sports Camps at Horizon Prep. Students can learn one-on-one from the pros, and the camp is open to all students in the community.
Cost for a half-day camp is $275. Cost for a full-day camp is $325. Campers will receive a T-shirt, ball cap, photo, certificate of participation and can earn individual awards. In addition to soccer and football, Horizon Prep is also running volleyball and basketball camps this summer. Camps will be held:
— June 22 to June 26: Soccer (first to eighth grades) 9 a.m. to noon
— June 22 to June 26: Basketball (first to eighth grades) 1 to 4 p.m.
— July 13 to July17: Soccer (first to third grades) 9 a.m. to noon
— July 13 to July17: Soccer (fourth to eighth grades) 1 to 4 p.m.
— Aug. 10 to Aug.14: Soccer (first to third grades) 9 a.m. to noon
— Aug 10 to Aug.14: Soccer (fourth to eighth grades) 1 to 4 p.m.
