CARLSBAD — On June 23, officers responded to the 7300 block of Sito Lima to find a juvenile male not breathing. CPR instructions were given to the reporting parties by the Fire Department. When officers arrived on scene, they determined the juvenile was deceased. There was no evidence of foul play and the San Diego County Medical Examiner took custody of the deceased to determine the cause of death.
