SANTALUZ — Some of rock music’s legends and one rising star will be hitting the practice green at Santaluz soon. Not for golf but for an outdoor concert as part of the Santaluz Club’s Summer Music Festival for members and their guests.
July 18, the festival will feature three Eli Mattson, Starship with Mickey Thomas and Skip Martin, “which will be unlike anything we’ve ever done before,” Kelly Collins, membership director, said. “Past shows have included amazing performances from Boz Skaggs, Huey Lewis & The News and Kenny Loggins, and this year promises even more entertainment.”
The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with a reception featuring a tapas-style food promenade. The concert will be at 8 p.m. Members and their guests have two levels of tickets to choose from, ranging from $135 to $165.
