The La Costa Ladies Luncheon series, which began May 12 and will be held monthly at the La Costa Spa & Resort, 2100 Costa Del Mar Road, hosted author Melissa Joseph and her therapy dog, Baxter. The luncheons will feature a speaker from the area who is making a difference in the community. The group is for La Costa Spa members but guests are welcome.
