County Sheriff, can enforce any law under the US Constitution. Basically, all cops are volunteers, selected to perform a duty, and swear an oath to uphold the state and federal constitutions. Also consider that all 50 US states would be sovereign nations, if not united under the US Constitution, and responsible for immigration. Now Congress can regulate immigration, but enforcement is the duty of local, county and federal governments, under 9th and 10th Amendments. A bit of trivia on the CHP. California State Police and the CHP merged in December 1995. This did not let CHP off from enforcing immigration. The people didn’t pass California Border Police, because the CHP can do the same job. Just fund and build the CHP into a functional force. Why have two departments cooperating or fighting for turf, when one department is more efficient?

You need to contact San Diego Minutemen SDMM, and tell them what the trouble is. Make a video or take photos, if you can. Go to city council meetings. However, you will need to get out on the streets with SDMM. Don’t worry, you won’t be breaking laws, if you follow their plan. Just buy a USA flag and stand with the SDMM. Bring a video camera and a digital recorder. Make a sign or borrow their’s. We the citizens of the USA can fix our nation or let go down the drain. If you won’t help our nation, I can’t do it all myself.

The Sheriff’s Department doesn’t enforce immigration laws. They enforce state laws not federal.

If the Encinitas Sheriff (San Diego County Sheriff)

had put an end to all the illegals who promote fear and intimidation in order to continue their human trafficking and theft, 10-15 years ago, the kids of the illegals–now presumably US Citizens– would not be killing each other and threatening the rest of us.

The parents of these gang members taught them how to behave and continue to promote this behavior. This is an insidious attitude that has poisoned our lazy US society on every level.

No one in Encinitas appears to have the courage to face the problems that are multiplying exponentially.
