Volunteer Escort Cathryn Reilly sees that patients get to the proper place as part of the Tri-City Hospital Auxiliary. Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer may attend the bi-monthly volunteer orientation from 9 to 11 a.m. May 13 at Tri-City Medical Center. To register, call the Auxiliary Office at (760) 940-3125 or visit www.tricitymed.org/about/auxiliary/forms/. Volunteers can work in reception, maternity, emergency, acute patient care, ICU, parking and gift shop. The Auxiliary donates $120,000 to the medical center every year to purchase hospital equipment.
