CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA — The Friends of the Cardiff by the Sea Library group once again offers four $1,000 college scholarships for local graduating high school seniors as a continuation of its support of the communities of Encinitas and Cardiff-by-the-Sea.
Applicants must reside in ZIP codes 92007, 92023 or 92024 and be nearing completion of their senior year of high school with the intent of attending this coming fall. Applications will be available on the Web at www.friendscardifflibrary.org, at the Cardiff by the Sea Library Book Nook, or at local high school counseling offices.
