CARLSBAD —Law Enforcement Torch Run and the Special Olympics North San Diego invites you to the Carlsbad Police Department “Tip-A-Cop” from 5 to 9 p.m. April 16 at the Claim Jumper Restaurant, 5958 Avenida Encinas. Carlsbad Police Department Employees will be working alongside the servers of Claim Jumper to earn tips to benefit Special Olympics Southern California. Simply order dinner, have a good time and then “tip” your helpful officers with all proceeds going to Special Olympics.
