I am glad King is retiring. To me, he seems mired in the bureaucracy of patting his sycophants on their shoulders, going along with the “good old boys.” We need someone who can think outside the expansion and development box. We cannot continue to count on expanding property tax revenues in this time of recession; that is apparent.
