VISTA — Lydia Bustos, director for the Vista Chamber of Commerce, will be honored for her tireless work in the community as the 2009 “Woman of Dedication.” Bustos will be honored at a Salvation Army luncheon at noon March 10 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
In addition to her duties as a member of the chamber board of directors, Bustos is a co-chair of the Chamber’s Golf Tournament Committee, the Education Committee and numerous civic organizations.
