After 17 days in office, Obama has arrived in Oceanside to force one solution–raise taxes without calling it that and not giving us other options of cutting costs in wasteful city hall first. (b) Do these water rates have any bearing on the AMMOUNT of city water being used by each resident?i.e are we expected to cut down on the ammount oF water used for all purposes at each residence?
