VISTA — Alta Vista Gardens will be hosting a contest to name and design a new Children’s Garden in Vista’s Brengle Terrace Park. Contestants must be from 4-years-old to fifth grade at the time of entry, and draw a special place they would like to see in the garden. Judging will be weighted toward the most unique design concepts. Grand prize winners will receive a one-day family pass to Legoland, and winners from each age bracket will receive two passes to Vista’s Wave Water Park. All entries are due by Feb. 23.
