SAN MARCOS — Youngsters can recreate Sherwood Forest and the escapades of Robin Hood and his Merry Men.
The city of San Marcos’ Theatre West invites youth ages 7 to 18 to audition for a musical production of “Robin Hood” Jan. 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the San Marcos Community Center, 3 Civic Center Drive.
Those auditioning should bring a recent photo, $2 for the audition fee and come prepared to sing a one-minute sample of a song. Performances will be Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. Feb. 27, Feb. 28 and March 1, March 6 and March 7.
