VISTA — A traditional Juletrefest, a Norwegian Christmas party, will be held at 3 p.m. Dec. 14 at Norway Hall, located at 2006 E. Vista Way in Vista. There will be Scandinavian storytelling by the Patchwork Players, games, dancing around the Christmas tree, and a visit from Santa. Traditional Scandinavian refreshments for children and adults will be served.
