CARLSBAD — Robert W. Turner, a 20-year-old male from Carlsbad, has been reported missing, according to Sgt. Paul Mendes of the Carlsbad Police Department. Turner’s vehicle was located at the La Costa Park and Ride on Dec. 3. His vehicle is a primer black 1998 Honda Civic with New Jersey plates. Turner is a white male with a medium build. He is six feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
According to Sgt. Mendes, Turner left a note in his car that contained suicidal undertones. He does not maintain regular contact with his family.
