CARLSBAD — Many who walked the village on Christmas morning were surprised to find ornaments of all sizes shapes and colors decorating trees, bushes and fences.
“They were gifts,” Bryan Snyder, of Snyder Art on State Street, said. Snyder was one of the event’s organizers. “A fun way to promote the village and artistic creativity, while uniting our community.”
The ornaments were tagged with information instructing those who found them to log on to www.carlsbadcrawl.com.
“We encouraged people to take them home,“ Snyder said.
The Carlsbad Crawl on Christmas was one of five held over the past year by “The Artists,” a collective of local artists from the community.
